Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is designed for beginners. No coding or prior Salesforce experience is required.

  • Working professionals moving into a CRM or Salesforce Administrator role
  • Recent graduates who want a practical, job-ready foundation
  • Business users and sales operations staff who already use Salesforce and want to manage it

You will need a laptop with a stable internet connection. We will help you create a free Salesforce Developer Edition org in the first session.

What you will learn

  1. Week 1: Salesforce fundamentals. Navigating the platform, standard objects, the data model and setting up your org.
  2. Week 2: Users and security. Profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules and field-level security.
  3. Week 3: Data management. Custom objects and fields, validation rules, Data Import Wizard and Data Loader basics.
  4. Week 4: Automation and reporting. Flow Builder fundamentals, approval processes, reports and dashboards, plus a capstone project.

Your trainer

Meera Iyer (fictional) is a Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform App Builder with nine years of experience implementing Salesforce for retail and financial services teams. She has led Northbank's admin workshops since 2021.

Frequently asked questions

Is this workshop beginner friendly?

Yes. The workshop assumes no prior Salesforce or coding experience.

Can I attend from outside India?

Yes. The workshop is fully online. Sessions run in Indian Standard Time (IST), and recordings are available if a session falls outside your working hours.

Is the certificate an official Salesforce certification?

No. You receive a certificate of completion from Northbank Learning. The workshop covers topics from the Salesforce Certified Administrator exam guide, but the official exam is booked and taken separately through Salesforce.

Do you offer placement?

We do not offer placement or job guarantees. We share a resume checklist and interview preparation notes in the final week.

What is the refund policy?

You can request a full refund any time before the second session. After the second session, fees are not refundable, but you can move to the next batch once.

What if I miss a session?

Every session is recorded and shared within 24 hours.
